When will my care package ship?

Our care packages are assembled after an order is placed. We do this to make sure all packages contain only fresh items. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over a weekend or federal holiday will ship the next business day. Once your order is entered, you will receive an email confirming your order and a follow up email confirming the shipment date.

When will my care package arrive?

All YT care packages are shipped via USPS Priority. The care package will arrive 2 to 3 days after the receipt of shipping confirmation. Please note, YT Cares is not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier or any incorrect address information provided.

Does the cost of the care package including shipping? 

No, shipping costs are applied to an order during the checkout process and is a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $12.

Can I add a personal message to the care package?

Yes, you are able to type in a brief, personal note during the checkout process within the order comments section and a card will be included in the care package.

Do you ship internationally or to military outposts? 

Yes, please direct your international shipping questions to cares@youth-trends.com

Is my credit card and contact information secure and private?

Yes, all orders are processed by Cybersource, the Internet’s preeminent e-commerce transaction processing service provider.  Contact information is used for the sole purposes of processing and shipping. Under no circumstances is any personal information shared with any third party outside of Youth Trends, Inc.

What’s the return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your YT care package for any reason, please contact us within three days of receipt for a full refund or reshipment.

May I make a suggestion for new items and care packages?  

Yes, if you have any suggestions for care package items or new care package combinations, please go ahead and email them to cares@youth-trends.com. If we like your idea, don’t be surprised if we send you a free sample.

Do you substitute items for people with special needs or allergies?

We are more than happy to try to accommodate any special needs you may have. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the package will be suitable for everyone. We are not responsible for allergies.  All products may have come into contact with items like nuts. For any special requests, please email cares@youth-trends.com

How do I ship care packages to more than one address?

If you intend to ship multiple care packages to different addresses, you must order each care package individually. You will receive an order confirmation for each one placed.
